Representative Matters · Extensive jury trial experience in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and West Virginia; · Defense of automobile manufacturers, industrial machine/equipment manufacturers, business machines, consumer products and appliances, toxic products, medical devices, drugs and food-borne product claims; · Intellectual property litigation; · Business litigation disputes; · Various insurance coverage and bad faith issues, including professional liability; · Defended numerous cases involving allegations of negligence involving personal injury and property damage.
