Jack Beasley joined the firm as counsel in 1996 and became partner in 1998. With almost thirty years in the communications industry, he concentrates his practice on communications at the national and international level. Before joining Southern Bell's legal staff in 1967, Mr. Beasley practiced law in Atlanta and was an administrative assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives. He was appointed solicitor for Southern Bell in 1976. In 1983, he was named associate general counsel with BellSouth Corp. and in 1984 he was elected vice president and associate general counsel. In March 1991, he was named vice president and general counsel of BSE with the formation of BellSouth Enterprises. Mr. Beasley is named as a 2008 Georgia "Super Lawyer" in the areas of Utilities, Civil Litigation Defense and Business Litigation by SuperLawyers magazine. He is also AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell. |
