Practice emphasis is on construction contract drafting; negotiation and administration; bids, claims and construction and design dispute mediation, arbitration; and litigation. Has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, designers and insurance carriers on public and private projects, including office buildings and campuses, high rise buildings, hotels, schools, childcare facilities, hospitals, shopping centers, sport facilities, subdivisions, airports, bridges, docks, navigation locks, dredging, mines, grain export facilities, power plants, lumber mills, manufacturing plants, jails, water and sewer treatment facilities, ship, barge and boat building, landslides, pipelines, environmental remediation, sand and gravel production and tug and barge transportation.
