· Provided succession and estate planning services in the course of representing middle market entrepreneurs;
· Served as a municipal and public authority solicitor for many years, providing general municipal representation, land use and development guidance and participation in public infrastructure financing;
· Has served as in-house General Counsel to Pittsburgh Technical Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania since 2000;
· Responsible for administrative matters in connection with the Pittsburgh Technical Institute Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
