| Biography | Mr. Pendergast received both his undergraduate and law degree from Wake Forest University. Upon graduation in 1980, Mr. Pendergast entered private practice in Atlanta. Since that time he has concentrated primarily in the area of real estate and creditor's rights. During his 30 years of practice Mr. Pendergast has represented numerous servicers, lending institutions, and finance companies in various capacities including real estate closings, bankruptcy, foreclosures, and landlord-tenant matters. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts, both state and federal including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh circuits. Mr. Pendergast is a member of the Georgia and American Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Mortgage Bankers; the National Association of Mortgage Bankers; and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
