| Biography | John is one of the founding partners of Kennedy & Dolan and since October of 1991 has been providing quality legal services to hundreds of clients. He focuses in the areas of personal injury, premises liability and products liability cases in both state and federal court; and has successfully resolved cases for clients with injuries resulting from someone else's negligence in these types of cases both in and out of the courtroom for the past 20 years. During that time he has earned a reputation for masterfully representing clients in resolving cases in the clients' favor. In addition to personal injury and products liability cases, Mr. Kennedy has represented large groups of employees in suing their employers for back wages whether hourly or after an improper discharge. Mr. Kennedy is a seasoned and effective mediator who has participated in hundreds of large mediations. One of Mr. Kennedy's greatest strengths as an attorney is to properly advise his clients as to whether a case should go to litigation or settlement or go to trial.
