I believe in providing a "valued-added" service. For litigation clients that means I believe in an aggressive yet efficient approach. For business clients it means being like a true "business partner" to deliver quality services at a price point that makes sense. In the words of a modern bard "if it doesn't make dollars, it doesn't make sense." For estate-planning clients, it means helping you develop a vision and make it happen.
I have a special passion for Tax law.
I am a former United States Army Captain, and veterans are encouraged to ask about military and veteran discounts. I am a graduate of Baylor Law School's Advanced Trial Advocacy program, currently ranked 3rd nationwide, and known colloquially as the "Marine Corps Boot Camp of Law Schools." In private practice since January 2011, I've advised businesses on tax and financial issues, resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in savings; conducted investigations into employee theft and dishonesty leading to recovery of tens of thousands of dollars for the business-owner; represented clients wrongfully terminated from their jobs, and advised businesses on terminations; assisted in negotiation of commercial leases, resulting in my client avoiding extremely unfair and prejudicial lease terms while still "getting the 'hot' location" they want; and much more.
