Practice Focus
Mr. Hague concentrates his practice in land use, real estate and business law. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of land use law, including applications, appearances before planning boards, negotiation of redevelopment agreements with New Jersey municipalities, affordable housing issues, Department of Transportation issues, and evaluation of land use requirements for solar electric collection systems. He is also highly experienced in real estate sales, leases, financing and title matters.

· Prior to joining the firm in January 2012, Mr. Hague was a partner in the Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group at Farer Fersko. He spent six years as in-house Land Development Counsel and Associate General Counsel for the Kushner Companies, and was a partner at Williams Caliri Miller & Otley for twenty years.
· Mr. Hague has served as a member of the Planning Board of the Borough of Chatham, NJ, and as attorney for the Planning Board of the Borough of Kinnelon, NJ.
