John H. Henn now practices almost exclusively as an Arbitrator, but also consults with the firm's lawyers from time to time on arbitration and ADR matters.
Mr. Henn has sat as an Arbitrator for nearly 25 years, and has had nearly 40 years of experience in commercial and business litigation as an associate and then partner at Foley Hoag LLP, substantially focusing on securities, banking and finance related disputes in the federal courts. Mr. Henn currently acts as an arbitrator for the Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution ("CPR"), the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") Commercial Panel, the AAA Large, Complex Case Panel, the AAA International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Mr. Henn is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, was a law clerk for the Supreme Judicial Court, and was a long-time editor of the Massachusetts Law Review. He has frequently lectured in continuing legal education programs, and authored many articles.
