| Biography | Mr. Altorelli advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, structured finance and corporate finance transactions. He represents private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, publicly traded companies, investment banks, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, emerging-growth companies and privately held companies in a variety of industries, including financial services, real estate, insurance, apparel, biosciences, software, Internet, media, energy and communications.
