John Pribish has over 30 years of trial experience and concentrates his practice on:

· defense of bank directors against RTC and FDIC claims
· foreclosure actions on behalf of both mortgagor and mortgagee

Mr. Pribish has served as lead counsel and has litigated cases successfully in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals throughout the U.S., including New Jersey, New York, Louisiana, Texas, Massachusetts, Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio, and California.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pribish served as assistant prosecutor, deputy attorney general, chief trial counsel, and supervising assistant prosecutor in charge of special prosecutions at the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Mr. Pribish has received a distinguished rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Representative Matters
· Secured a dismissal with prejudice for a national healthcare lender and affiliated financial services firm that were sued in the Supreme Court of New York, New York County
· Secured a dismissal with prejudice in the defense of several Florida corporations sued in New Jersey for contract damages
· A five-week environmental cost-recovery case that resulted in a substantial judgment in favor of the client against a major oil company
· A Massachusetts waste-management company in a three-week jury trial, resulting in an antitrust verdict
· A medical transcription company in an investigation of fraudulent billing and possible debarment initiated by the State of Louisiana, which was ultimately dismissed
· The owner of a commercial warehouse indicted for conspiracy and embezzlement. Charges were dismissed after a six-week jury trial
· A prominent residential real estate company in New York City in defense of a trade-secret matter that included conversion of a customer list
· A frequently cited New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division case which established a standard of proximate cause for legal malpractice cases
· A publicly held healthcare technology company in alleged violations of RICO, resulting in a dismissal and a settlement in favor of the company
· A small manufacturing company in an antitrust matter against a wholly owned subsidiary of the public parent company, resulting in a settlement in favor of our client
