About this office:
It is my aim to provide you with an intelligent evaluation of your case and an aggressive defense. All too often, the prosecutor/government acts as though they have all the cards and treat an accused as some sort of low-level human being. In contrast, I deal with each person who seeks my legal assistance as a unique person with unique needs and circumstance.
It is always my goal to fight for my client and to hold the government to its burden of proof - beyond a reasonable doubt - with lawfully obtained evidence.
The client must repeatedly be reminded - you are innocent. Only proof beyond a reasonable doubt at trial can remove that presumption from you. I love the opportunity to represent "the little guy" against the specter and power of the government and to protect a person's liberty.
