John Greifendorff

Mr. Greifendorff has been practicing law since 1977. He has served as in-house counsel for a major savings and loan bank where he emphasized residential, commercial and construction lending. He has experience in construction litigation, insurance defense, estate planning, copyright and small business law as well. Mr. Greifendorff has been practicing bankruptcy law since 2002. He enjoys working personally with his clients from the very beginning of their case and personally represents his clients at hearings and in court. Even after their case has ended, he will work with his clients to defend their bankruptcy discharge by going after creditors who attempt to collect debts after bankruptcy and helps his clients restore their good credit. John L. Greifendorff has served on the board of directors for the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Association and mentors young lawyers. He also serves as a pro bono counsel for Public Law Counsel and the Orange County Bar Association. He is an alumnus member of Phi Alpha Delta.
