| Biography | John's practice concentrates primarily on the regulation of nuclear energy, including issues arising before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Labor, and Georgia Public Service Commission. Prior to attending law school, John served as a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy, where his work involved submarine reactor operations, maintenance, and radiological controls. John has also studied nuclear engineering at the graduate level at the University of Tennessee, where his research interests included computational physics.
