He is a general legal practioner with a bias to commercial and corporate law handling: Intellectual Property (IP) matters including copyright; Trade secrets; Trade Marks, Patents & Designs availability searches, applications, renewals, assignments, restoration, oppositions, appeals, licensing; Trademarks watching services, infringement advice, enforcement of IP rights. He has litigated IP matters before the Registrar of Patents & Trademarks, in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Uganda.
He offers credit and security documentation services e.g. debentures, mortgages for banks and other credit institutions.
He also offers legal audit services for many companies upon instructions from banks & credit instructions.
