JOHN S. BOWMAN is Of Counsel at Balch & Bingham LLP with over forty years experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has represented a myriad of lenders, developers, owners and investors in subdivisions, apartments, shopping centers, industrial projects and office buildings. He regularly works with both local and out-of-state lenders on all types of transactions providing financing for subdivisions, shopping centers, office buildings and apartments. He has extensive experience in low-income housing tax credits and historical preservation projects. He has broad experience in title insurance underwriting and claims litigation. He is frequently called upon by title insurance companies to assist in underwriting decisions relating to large commercial transactions.
