He has successfully represented the largest daily newspaper in Stark County to assert their right to cover pretrial hearings and to protect reporters' sources from being released during testimony in the highly publicized criminal trial, State v. Bobby Cutts Jr., in Canton, Ohio. John is among the top 2.5% of attorneys named as Rising Stars by Ohio Super Lawyers in 2010. A member of the Ohio State Bar Association and a member of the Stark County Bar Association, John serves on the disputed fee committee. John splits his time between the Firm's Canton and Hudson offices.
