| Biography | Mr. Stewart is one of the founders of Stewart Sokol & Gray, and a current Member. His practice emphasizes commercial litigation, and construction industry and surety matters. His reputation is best reflected in the concept Principle/Purpose/Passion: principal integrity and single-minded focus with the emotional commitment to excellence in client services. Cambridge Who's Who acknowledged John in 2007 and 2008, and he was named their 2009 Professional of the Year in Business and Corporate Law. In 2007, 2008, and 2009 The Litigation Counsel of America inducted Mr. Stewart into its Trial Lawyers Honorary Society, and the Oregon Super Lawyers magazine listed John as one of the top lawyers in the state for the last five consecutive years: 2006 through 2012.
