John concentrates on litigating complex commercial matters in the context of bankruptcy proceedings. He has litigated matters involving some of the most significant bankruptcy matters in Delaware including the American Home Mortgage, Nortel, Touch America and Catholic Diocese of Wilmington cases. Most recently he was successful in defending a $500 million claim by Credit Agricole before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, John was the State Director for United States Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr. He has been actively involved in Delaware politics for many years, running for State Attorney General in 1998.
