John Bonds serves companies facing trial and arbitration in complex business and governmental cases. With a practice that is national in scope, his trial and appellate experience allows him to counsel clients engaged in disputes in state and federal courts across Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wyoming and in the U.S. Tax Court. His clients represent industries such as insurance and reinsurance in matters of tax, eminent domain and public finance. Before attending law school, John was a pilot and aircraft commander in the United States Air Force, serving at various locations in the United States and Southeast Asia.
