John Ormand is experienced in, and enjoys handling, a variety of litigation matters affecting businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and before administrative tribunals and state agencies. In addition to business disputes, John's areas of concentration are insurance coverage, personal injury, construction (including occupational safety and health matters), and employment law.
