He is experienced in drafting related contracts including title sponsorship agreements, broadcast rights agreements, team/participant agreements, content licensing and ancillary vendor and sponsor agreements. Additionally, he is experienced in negotiating and resolving shareholder/partner disputes involving privately owned companies, and is counsel to entities and individuals on matters regarding nonprofit corporations and charitable giving.
