Practice Area And Professional Expertise
· Mr. Stefanik focuses his practice on tax planning and consulting, as well as on taxpayer representation before the IRS and state taxing authorities.
· Experience includes analysis of a wide range of tax issues, including issues related to LLC and partnership taxation, estate and gift taxation, corporate taxation and state and local taxation.
· Mr. Stefanik assists clients with entity formations, contract drafting and other general business matters.
· Prior to joining Buckingham, Mr. Stefanik practiced with Thompson Hine LLP in Cleveland, Ohio.
· Recipient: 2011 30 for the Future Award by the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce.
· Recognized as one of Ohio's Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ (2011 - 2012), as voted by his peers.
