| Biography | For over 30 years, Joe Gruenberg has served business owners, real estate developers and investors, and executives in the areas of business planning, estate planning, and real estate. He has extensive experience in the areas of taxation, business entities, business succession planning and estate planning as well as business, real estate, and financing transactions. He complements this experience with a well-rounded understanding of business operations and markets to effectively develop creative, positive solutions to business and legal issues such as succession planning, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic relationships and real estate investment and utilization. Mr. Gruenberg has also organized and represented public/private and for profit/not-for-profit ventures. He is a former business-planning instructor at the University of Dayton School of Law, a frequent lecturer on real estate, business planning and estate planning topics, serves on the boards of trustees for several business and non-profit organizations including KeyBank and Dayton District. Mr. Gruenberg is a graduate of Leadership Dayton, was selected as an "Ohio Super Lawyer," and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America. |
