Jonathan See is a partner in the firm's Toronto office. His practice focuses on financings, acquisitions and dispositions and restructurings of real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy assets and projects, internationally and in Canada.
Mr. See has represented lenders, bondholders, underwriters and agents in corporate banking, project financing, secured financing and mezzanine financing transactions, with particular emphasis on the real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. He also has extensive experience representing real estate and infrastructure developers and owners on acquisitions, dispositions, bond financings, bank financings, joint ventures, fund formations, developments and private equity investments. In addition, he has acted for underwriters and issuers on various capital market offerings and mergers and acquisitions involving REITS and public companies.
He received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association and the National Association of Industrial, Office and Retail Properties (NAIOP).
