Jonathan G. Moore is an associate in the Financial Institutions and Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring practices of the New York office. His practice focuses on representing institutional lenders and borrowers in a variety of financial transactions, including secured and unsecured senior credit facilities, asset-based loans, investment grade financings, domestic and cross-border syndicated loans, first and second lien credit facilities and acquisition finance transactions. He has particular experience with multi-currency credit facilities and cross-border lending arrangements.
