In his practice, Jonathan G. Strauss counsels clients on the use of limited liability companies, statutory trusts, partnerships, and other entities in complex financing transactions. He acts as Delaware counsel to financial institutions, trustees and other parties. Mr. Strauss advises and guides them in a range of domestic and international transactions, which include leveraged leases, asset securitization, and other structured finance transactions and business ventures.
