Background
Jonathan Gutman is an associate practising health law in our Toronto office. In 2010, Jonathan graduated from the master of public administration and law (MPA/JD) joint-degree program at Queen's University and was called to the Ontario Bar. Prior to attending law school, Jonathan completed an honours bachelor of arts in political studies, also at Queen's University.
Jonathan articled with the Firm and returned as an associate in September 2010.
Areas of Practice
Jonathan is a member of the Health Law Group. His primary area of practice is defending hospitals and their employees in medical malpractice litigation. Jonathan also assists the group in providing general legal advice to client hospitals and other organizations.
