Jonathan H. Claydon focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of subjects including large commercial and industrial property owners in property tax disputes, and commercial and banking entities in state and federal class actions, as well as numerous commercial contractual disputes. Jonathan has also represented manufacturers in a variety of products liability contexts, including breach of contract, breach of warranty and personal injury. Additionally, he has substantial employment law experience, having successfully represented defendants in discrimination claims, claims relating to a dispute over bonus payments under the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, and in an action seeking damages from a minority shareholder based on that shareholder's breach of the duty of loyalty.
