Jonathan Foley is an associate with the firm's Litigation Department. He graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law (2008), where he served as Associate Editor of the California Western Law Review and the California Western International Law Journal. He earned undergraduate degrees in Journalism & Mass Communication and in Art and Art History from the University of Iowa (2004). Prior to joining Nyemaster Goode, Jon served as a law clerk for Judge Donald E. O'Brien of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Iowa (2008-2011) and interned with Chief Judge Robert W. Pratt of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Iowa (2007). He is a member of the Iowa State Bar and the California State Bar.
