In his practice, Mr. Harris focuses on assisting clients with developing and managing their patent portfolios both at the national and international levels. Mr. Harris' expertise includes the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent litigation, the preparation of legal opinions regarding the validity and infringement of patents, freedom-to-use analysis, license agreements, due diligence, and general counseling regarding various intellectual property issues.
