Jonathan Bart is a 1978 cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a 1982 graduate of Columbia University School of Law. Jonathan is an experienced commercial litigator, appellate advocate and lecturer. His practice is principally confined to complex business disputes and negotiations in courts of general jurisdiction as well as bankruptcy courts.
Jonathan has authored works on such topics as fee awards in class action security cases and developments in the field of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) litigation.
Jonathan is a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania and New York Bars and a member of the Pennsylvania and New York Bar Associations.
