Jonathan Levin is an associate in the firm's Litigation Section and a member of the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on insurance coverage, bad faith, and other complex litigation.
Prior to joining Robinson & Cole, Mr. Levin was a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Boston, focusing on business litigation. His experience includes multibillion-dollar derivative litigation, class-action litigation related to leveraged buyouts, insurance-related government investigations, and Federal Trade Commission and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations. He has also represented corporate clients in litigation stemming from corporate acquisitions and the enforcement of noncompete and nonsolicitation provisions of key employee agreements.
Previously, Mr. Levin was senior analyst at a national defense research institution in Washington D.C. While in law school, he clerked for the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida.
