Jonathan S. Adler is a corporate partner resident in Fried Frank's New York Office. He joined the Firm in 1994 and became partner in 2002.
Mr. Adler's practice focuses primarily on the representation of alternative investment vehicles, including hedge funds and private equity funds, which he advises with respect to fund formation and regulation, as well as the acquisition and disposition of investments. Mr. Adler also has significant experience representing acquirers, sellers, and investors involved in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies.
Mr. Adler has made presentations at the New York City Bar, the Practicing Law Institute and several prominent investment banks.
