Devising the most appropriate negotiating - or litigation - strategy for an official committee of unsecured creditors or bondholders is often extraordinarily difficult. After decades of representing official committees in a wide variety of chapter 11 cases, we bring both in-depth experience and negotiating know-how to the bargaining table as well as the courtroom. We have represented committees in chapter 11 cases filed by, among others, Kmart Corporation; NorthPoint Communications Group Inc.; the Allegheny Health, Education and Research Foundation; and The Drexel Burnham Lambert Group, Inc.
