The Firm advises clients with respect to federal, state, and local taxation issues. Our services to clients cover a wide range of tax-related issues including the organization and formation of business entities and election of tax status related to the formation, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, and public finance with tax-exempt debt instruments. Additionally, the Firm has a long history of representing clients concerning local tax assessments, including property tax assessments, and of representing clients before the Nevada Department of Taxation on a broad array of issues including mining and other business interests. Nevada’s unique and ever-changing tax laws present an ever-expanding field of potential legal issues.
