From conception to completion, Jones Walker employs a multidisciplinary approach to provide comprehensive legal services to clients involved in construction projects. The depth and breadth of our team allows us to assist clients from the ground up with project issues such as economic development, incentives, taxes, environmental regulation and permitting, real estate, government relations, utilities, and labor and employment. We also have experience in negotiating and drafting design and construction contracts that appropriately allocate risks and help clients avoid costly disputes as projects progress. When disputes do arise, we work with our clients to overcome obstacles and help them achieve their goals. Jones Walker's Construction Law attorneys offer a broad range of construction-related legal services. The team works closely with other attorneys in the firm, such as the environmental and toxic torts practitioners, to ensure that each matter is handled as effectively, efficiently, and economically as possible.
