Joo Kim is an associate in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Department. She has extensive experience in complex financial transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, including commercial and residential mortgage loans, trade receivables, franchise receivables and credit card receivables. Most recently, Joo was involved in the securitization of loans secured by substantially all of the assets of Hilton Worldwide, Inc. and its subsidiaries and the securitizations of non-performing commercial mortgage loans.
Joo received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was an associate articles editor of the Minnesota Journal of Global Trade, and her B.A. from Indiana University at Bloomington and Ewha University. She is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois.
