Professional Experience
Mr. Bromley's practice focuses on securing and negotiating several types of agreements in the entertainment, art and fashion industries, including content creation agreements (recording, publishing, designer), an assortment of agreements relating to the distribution of content digitally, production and producing agreements, publishing agreements, catalogue acquisitions, and agreements related to sponsorships and endorsements. Mr. Bromley represents independent record labels, a digital distribution company, music publishing companies, apparel companies, management companies, a fashion blog and both established and developing artists and executives.
Mr. Bromley helped form and develop Golden Mean Management and Red Ghost Music, two cutting edge artist management, marketing and distribution companies. He co-founded the Hip Hop Congress, an international non-profit organization that uses hip hop music and culture to inspire social and civic action among young people. With over 100 chapters, it is the nation's largest hip hop organization.
Mr. Bromley's expertise lies in recognizing talented artists, individuals and companies, helping them set and reach goals, and protecting their interests by rigorously negotiating and drafting the agreements forming the basis of their business relationships.
