Jordi Guso represents debtors, official committees and secured creditors in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and debtor-creditor relations. He frequently represents purchasers of assets in § 363 sales.

· Counsel to regional developers of second and vacation home communities in connection with sale of substantially all their assets
· Counsel to anti-ballistic product manufacturer in connection with the sale of its business to $8 billion private equity firm
