He has been involved in important privatization and merger and acquisition projects and has served as legal adviser to a large number of companies. He currently advises several telecommunications, energy, roadway, airport, and port concession companies on all matters relating to their financing, construction, and capitalfunding contracts. Chambers Global 2008 identified him "as highly knowledgeable" and praised him "for his practicality and careful avoidance of unnecessarily complicated situations." Mr. Di Terlizzi currently serves as board member of HSBC Bank and HSBC Trust in Colombia, as president of the Colombian Chamber of Legal Services ("CCLS"), which gathers more than 15 of the top-ranked law firms in Colombia, and as a member of the CCLS's Executive Committee.
