| Biography | Jorge Di Terlizzi, a partner in Prieto & Carrizosa, focuses on contract law and corporate matters. He has been involved in important privatization and merger and acquisition projects and has served as legal adviser to a large number of companies. He currently advises several telecommunications, energy, roadway, airport, and port concession companies on all matters relating to their financing, construction, and capitalfunding contracts. Mr. Di Terlizzi currently serves as board member of HSBC Bank and HSBC Trust in Colombia, as president of the Colombian Chamber of Legal Services ("CCLS"), which gathers more than 15 of the top-ranked law firms in Colombia, and as a member of the CCLS's Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Colombian Infrastructure Chamber. He served as adjunct professor of property law at the Universidad de los Andes from 1991 to 1992. |
