He has represented acquirers, targets, investment bankers and investors in several complex solicited and unsolicited public and private transactions. He has been involved in transactions across a wide range of industries, including the telecommunications, technology, entertainment, pharmaceutical, insurance and energy and utilities sectors.

Mr. Cosentino regularly represents clients in connection with mergers, tender offers, auctions and stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions.
