He continues to concentrate his practice in the area of personal injury having represented hundreds of Plaintiffs and their families; some resulting in record setting jury verdicts. Mr. Swartz has been a frequently invited guest lecturer speaking to the legal profession and civic groups around the United States and Canada regarding trial practice and consumer safety and has authored various treatises in this area. Mr. Swartz is AV Peer-Review rated (highest ethical and professional rating) by Martindale-Hubbell, representing that his peers rank him at the top of his profession. He has also been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership in ABOTA is by invitation only and includes the top Plaintiff and Defense Trial Lawyers in the country. He is also a lifetime member of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and national attorney groups including the American Association for Justice. Mr. Swartz has been named as a "Super Lawyer" by Boston Magazine and Law & Politics in the Area of Personal Injury.
