| Biography | Mr. Kesler represents businesses, public agencies and private individuals in a variety of litigation matters. Prior to joining Clyde Snow & Sessions, he served as a student member of the Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Professionalism (2006 to 2008), a litigation division clerk for the Utah General Attorney's Office (2006 to 2007), a policy adviser for Congressman Jim Matheson, and a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing Program at the University of Utah. During that time, he was named a Leary Scholar (Fall 2006 and 2007) and received the College of Law Award in property (Spring 2006). Mr. Kesler also interned for both the minority leadership of the Utah State Legislature (2003) and the Supreme Court of the United States (2001). His experience includes civil, environmental, and condemnation disputes. He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and the Political Science Honors Society. As a member of Clyde Snow's Employment Law Group, Mr. Kesler regularly writes articles for the Group's newsletter Business as Usual.
