Joe is a member of the Business Services Department. He concentrates his practice in the area of banking and finance law, specifically state and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits and state and federal New Markets Tax Credits. In this capacity, Joe works with developers, lenders, community development entities and investors in commercial developments and other tax credit finance transactions throughout the country.
