Joseph Poklemba concentrates his practice in commercial litigation matters. Mr. Poklemba also has experience with banking and real estate litigation.
As a member of the consumer financial services team, Mr. Poklemba regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal and state court, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims. He is experienced with motions practice, oral argument, the discovery process, trial practice and post-trial work.
Community Service & Affiliations
Mr. Poklemba is actively involved with the American Association of Caregiving Youth (AACY), a Florida-based nonprofit dedicated to providing resources to children who care for family members who are ill, injured, elderly and/or disabled.
