A seasoned litigator, Joseph H. Einstein represents clients in complex corporate disputes, employment matters and general commercial litigation. He has litigated major cases in the state and federal courts and has argued many appeals, including appearing before the United States Supreme Court. His experience encompasses extensive work in the computer software field including licensing and consulting agreements. Mr. Einstein also counsels and advises business entities in a broad variety of transactions. Mr. Einstein is the co-author of "Pre-Confirmation Remedies to Assure Collection of Arbitration Rewards," New York Law Journal, October 12, 2010. He is the author of "Confidentiality Agreements Are Not a Bar to Informal Witness Interviews," Mealey's Litigation Report, June 2009. Mr. Einstein serves as an official mediator for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and FINRA. Mr. Einstein is a former member of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Civil Practice Law and Rules and the Council on Judicial Administration of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He currently is a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. A graduate of New York University School of Law, Mr. Einstein was a Pomeroy and Hirschman Foundation Scholar, and served as an associate editor of the Law Review.
