| Biography | Joseph Jankowski is a shareholder with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A. and has been with the firm since January of 1988. His field of concentration is in real estate law and he has varied experience in both commercial and residential real estate acquisition, financing and development. Mr. Jankowski is a trustee of the New Jersey New Home Warranty Fund. He has authored numerous articles for both Dimensions Magazine and the Central Jersey Builders Association newsletter and has lectured extensively on real estate and on residential warranty law.
Another area of practice Mr. Jankowski enjoys is school law. He represents several boards of education and has lectured on various aspects of school law.
