Experience
Joseph L. Abate is Of Counsel to the firm, based in the Hammonton office. He brings over 25 years of litigation experience in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on the defense of general litigation matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, construction accidents and commercial litigation. He also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate law, having represented numerous national drug store chains and banks in the acquisition and development of retail sites.
Prior to joining the firm, Joe served as General Counsel for a private real estate development company. He has previously operated his own private practice. He also formerly worked at Korn, Kline and Kutner in Philadelphia and served in the United States Air Force as a Judge Advocate. Joe has extensive court-martial and military law experience.
