Joe Corr focuses his practice on handling complex litigation matters and commercial disputes for local, regional and national businesses. He has a wide range of litigation experience in both state and federal courts that include FELA litigation, consumer protection claims, toxic tort litigation, wrongful death claims, catastrophic personal injury litigation, and product and premises liability. Joe also has extensive experience representing insurers and insured businesses in complex insurance coverage litigation, as well as life and disability insurance disputes and ERISA litigation. Joe has handled litigation matters for carriers involving contractual disputes, environmental contamination and employment litigation, regulatory compliance and freight loss claims.
